Returns

At Innomme Vintage, we take pride in curating high-quality vintage clothing items. Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except for damaged items. All sales are final.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue. Please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item by sending an email to bonjour@innomme-vintage.com. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged item.
2. Verification: Our customer service team will review your claim and assess the damage based on the information and photographs provided. We may request additional information or evidence if necessary.
3. Return Instructions: If the damage is verified, we will provide you with instructions on returning the item. Please package the item securely and ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving our return instructions.
4. Refund: Once we receive the damaged item and confirm the damage, we will process a refund to your original form of payment within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Please Note:

• We only accept returns for damaged items. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged due to our error.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without prior authorization.
